This is also a fantastic video! It contains a wonderful collection of all the important ball control skills, thigh touches, chest controls, head touches, foot skills and more. He progresses from the very simple to more and more complex manuvers in a way that can be easily used in any training session. His explanation of the concept of "semi-controls" followed by foot control is vital. At less than $12.00 this is a STEAL!!!! |

I like this particular tape for the younger players up to about age 13 who are struggling with the proper form and power with their instep kicks, inside kicks and volleys. How many times do we have a quick athletic player who is frustrated with the inability to kick a powerful rising shot. This tape starts out with very basic concepts and may at first seem too elementary, but follow his progressions and he will show you how to change toe-kickers and "back-leaners" into more efficient kickers. |
